Russian Russian Philology Faculty of UZGUM is the legal successor of the Republican Pedagogical Institute of Russian Language and Literature, which was organized in 1963.

  The Faculty of Russian Philology has been functioning at UZGUM since 1992.

  Since its establishment, the Faculty has played a key role in the training of highly qualified specialists for the system of higher, secondary specialized, vocational, general secondary education and other spheres of society.
