Head of the Technical Operation and Economic Affairs Department Responsibilities:

As the person responsible for material assets, monitors the use and preservation of material values at the university and prepares relevant reports.

Organizes events for beautification and greening activities.

Participates in developing the long-term repair plan for the university's administrative and other buildings in collaboration with responsible personnel.

Organizes the effective use of workplaces in administrative buildings and ensures the creation of necessary labor conditions for employees.

Monitors the use of utility services in the university's premises and ensures employees follow energy-saving principles during service usage.

Prepares practical readiness for the autumn-winter season and submits a report to the head of the Department of Operations.

Develops and monitors the work schedule of the small service staff in the university’s economic departments.

Monitors the proper storage and efficient use of material values received by the university through delivery and ensures timely repairs of items in need of maintenance. Participates in the commission’s evaluation of outdated, worn-out, or unusable items and their removal from accounting.
