THE PRIMARY ORGANIZATION OF THE YOUTH UNION OF UZBEKISTAN STATE WORLD LANGUAGES UNIVERSITY

The initial organization of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University includes the University youth leader, 7 direction and 10 faculty coordinators and you can get to know them through @yoshlarittifoqi_uzdjtu Telegram and Instagram pages.

The main goals and tasks of the Youth Union UzDJTU team are as follows:

- Wide promotion of the state policy on youth among students;

- Ensuring the rights of students and protecting their interests;

- Meaningful organization of students' free time;

-Supporting the initiatives and talents of students and young people;

- Formation of team work skills, leadership and public speaking skills in students;

-Encouraging students and young people who are active in the social life of the university;

- To open the creative potential of students and young people to acquire additional professional skills and create new projects;

-Helping students solve difficulties and problems, etc.

  The team of the primary organization of the Youth Union UzDJTU has been implementing a number of projects useful for the social life of the university:

- "Masters of Applied Arts" club;

- Young Reader Club;

- "Travel across Uzbekistan" project;

- "Youth Forum of Uzbekistan" project;

- "Zakovat" intellectual club;

- "Youth Festival" project;

– "TedxUzSWLU" project, etc.

In 2023-2024, a number of projects were implemented by the Youth Union UzDJTU team. Among them the "Youth Festival-2023" held on the occasion of "International Students" Day. The festival included the following projects:

1. Intellectual game "Zakovat".

2. A selection of videos called "My University".

3. Talent show

4. "Students' party"

5. "Discussion" debate game

6. Movie night

7. Championship"Osh"

8. Selection of videos called "My University".

9. "Student theater studios" etc.

  More than a thousand students and young people were involved in projects within the framework of the festival. The winners of the project within the framework of the festival were awarded by the university with cash prizes, diplomas and letters of thanks. The festival discovered various talented young students.

In February 2024, "Youth Festival-2024" was organized. This festival was distinguished by "Youth Forum of Uzbekistan". The forum included 12,000 students. The following projects took place within the festival:

2. "QvZ - Rector's Cup"

3. "Zakovat" intellectual game

4. "Students' party"

5. "Discussion" debate game

7. Talent show

8. "Rector's Cup" for sports games

9. Cybersport games, etc. within the framework of "Five Initiatives".

More than 300 million soums were allocated from the extra-budgetary funds of the university to hold these festivals and encourage the winners.
