The Anti-Corruption Compliance Control Department performs the following work:

  • monitors compliance with anti-corruption laws and regulations at the university;
  • develops measures and action plans for the prevention of corruption offenses, ensures their full, high-quality and timely implementation, studies the status of implementation of the established measures, prepares information on the results;
  • implements the project "Sector without corruption" at the university;
  • develops drafts of internal documents aimed at the implementation of anti-corruption measures at the university and submits for approval by the university administration;
  • develops proposals to eliminate the norms of corruption identified in the internal documents of the university;
  • evaluates corruption risks at the university and develops action plans to reduce them;
  • considers complaints and anonymous reports about corruption risks and violations in the behavior of the teaching, managerial, technical, service and teaching staff of the university and provides information to the university administration for taking measures in the prescribed manner;
  • maintains a register of official corruption checks at the university;
  • participates in the analysis of conflicts of interest in public procurement and checks the reliability of contractors;
  • monitors conflicts of interest among university staff and make appropriate proposals to the university administration to address identified problems;
  • organizes regular preventive conversations with the faculty, managerial, technical, service, teaching staff and students of the university;
  • conducts surveys among faculty, managerial, technical, service, faculty and students (masters, doctoral students) in order to identify corruption in the activities of the university;
  • regularly evaluates the results and impact of anti-corruption measures based on surveys, social and other surveys and uses the results of the assessment to determine the next steps;
