The Department of commercialization of scientific and innovative developments was established on the basis of the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 3698 of may 7, 2018 "on additional measures to improve the introduction of mechanisms of innovation in the fields of Economy", Order No. 594 "on commercialization of scientific and innovative developments in higher educational institutions" of the Ministry of higher Scientific - the activities of the Department of commercialization of innovative developments include presidential decrees and orders of the Republic of Uzbekistan, current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders and regulatory acts of the Ministry of higher and secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders and regulations of other bodies of State Power, international agreements in the field of intellectual property protection of the Republic of Uzbekistan, , this is carried out in accordance with the regulations and other regulatory acts of the higher educational institution. Goals and objectives of the Department:

The commercialization department is organized for them in order to commercialize the results of scientific and innovative developments, as well as research activities (hereinafter-ITF), for which the rights belong to the higher educational institution.

Functions of the Department:

Systematic market analysis and research on demand for innovative products (Works, Services), self-coverage periods of commercialization of innovative products, profitability and risk assessment associated with this.
Sorting promising projects with high commercial potential and ready for realization, for mastering.
Attracting investors, partners and other interested parties to the realization of innovative projects.
Interaction with educational institutions(industrial enterprises) in the system of continuing education in order to introduce new technologies and produce innovative products.
International cooperation on the introduction of new technologies and the production of innovative products (works, services).
Organization of all types of educational, translation and editing services that do not contradict legislation in innovative activities.
Commercialization of scientific innovations the center, established in the department, provides employees with a working fee, incentives for authors of promising scientific research and innovation, incentives for professors, employees who are most actively involved in the implementation of concluded contracts, incentives for Applied startup projects and motivating authors and participants with the highest amount of material incentives for authors who have created promising innovative developments and
Involvement of professors and teachers of the higher educational institution, teaching and production staff, doctoral students, students, as well as specialists of other organizations in the established procedure for research work, funded from budgetary and non-budgetary sources, services provided by the higher educational institution.
Legal protection of intellectual property objects of a higher educational institution, including the issuance of orders for the patenting and registration of intellectual property objects in the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad.
Preparation and provision of the conclusion of contracts with the authors of intellectual property objects provided for by the current legislation, control over their implementation.
In collaboration with other units, the higher education institution studies the possibility of transferring (granting) rights to intellectual property objects; works to formalize the transfer of rights to intellectual property objects.
Collect, store and maintain a database of information about the development and results of ITF, popularize the results of intellectual activity and monitor the effectiveness of its use.
Evaluation, analysis of ITF results and innovative projects, examination of the potential of scientific and technical, scientific and methodological and innovation, transportation of identification of increasingly important and competitive developments.
Development of recommendations for the registration, distribution and transfer of rights to ITF results at all stages of intellectual property management, including the Innovation category(cycle).
Ensuring the support of scientific communities of higher education both by establishing economic facilities in the creation and popularization of a competitive scientific and technical product, including for the purpose of practical application of the results of intellectual activity.
Technology transfer, preparation of business plans for innovative projects, assessment of competitive advantages and risks, legal protection of ITF results, provision of consulting services in the search for potential investors.
Prepares and supervises the Departments of research and design work, contracting, cooperative activities, about international scientific and technical cooperation and other contracts related to intellectual property issues, which are concluded by the higher educational institution.
To identify cases of improper (aimless) use of intellectual property objects of uzdjtu and make proposals to the management to take measures aimed at preventing violations of this procedure and compensating for the damage caused, to take the necessary measures to prevent such violations of the procedure.
Promotes the protection of property rights to intellectual property objects of a higher educational institution, as well as property and personal non-property rights of their authors.
Employees of a higher educational institution - to provide advice and information support to the authors of intellectual property objects in the realization of property and personal non-property rights, which are relevant to them, provided for by current legislation.
Organization of training of employees of a higher educational institution in the field of intellectual property.
The higher education institution coordinates the work of the Information Resource Center on regulatory, methodological and patent information in its area of activity.
Preparation of proposals for the Budget Project of the Uzdjtu on research and patent-licensing activities, innovative entrepreneurship and technology transfer support departments.
Development of documents of the higher educational institution regulating issues related to the creation, protection and use of intellectual property objects.

Research Training Center, Translators/Interpreters Center, Forsyth incubation and acceleration centers and activities within the Department of commercialization of scientific and innovative developments.

At the same time, a “wellness club” was established in the presence of my child.This club serves our mentors and student girls to make them healthier and more beautiful.
