Department of Organizing the Educational Process

The Department of Organizing the Educational Process, part of the university's Educational and Methodical Department, operates in accordance with the decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders and normative documents from the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, international agreements on the protection of intellectual property, the charter of the higher education institution, orders and decrees of the rector, internal regulations of the university, this Regulation, and other normative documents of the higher education institution. In addition to ensuring their implementation and monitoring, the department carries out the following tasks:

• Studies, generalizes, and disseminates the experiences accumulated in the field of education at the Uzbek State University of World Languages, other leading higher educational institutions in Uzbekistan, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries, and foreign educational institutions;

• Studies the orders, decrees, and instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and develops measures for their implementation in the educational process;

• Plans, organizes, and supervises the educational process;

• Studies effective forms of student teaching in university departments and other higher educational institutions, and makes suggestions for implementing them in practice;

• Works on creating timetables for classes;

• Monitors students' knowledge and qualification levels through modern assessment methods, including written assignments based on "key" phrases and tests. Based on the results of this monitoring, makes adjustments to the educational and thematic plans, and determines forms of individual work with students;

• Conducts inspections of the organization of the educational process at the faculties through regular checks, provides feedback to deans on identified shortcomings and works to address them;

• Studies the organization of academic work at the university faculties;

• Monitors the implementation of measures aimed at improving educational work at the faculties and departments of the university;

• Organizes retraining for students (creating subject groups, reviewing applications, forming subject groups, creating timetables and exam schedules).
