Note:

The submission of necessary documents for doctoral degree is carried out 4 times a year. They are as followings:

 

1st phase:

September 15th to October 15th  

2nd phase:

January 15th to February 15th  

3rd phase:

May 15th to June 15th  

4th phase:

July 15th to August 15th  

 

 

 

LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The following documents must be submitted to the Department of Scientific Research, Innovation, and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel of the university:

  1. Application form
  2. Brief biographical information
  3. Copy of a master's degree diploma from a higher educational institution
  4. List and copies of published scientific works
  5. Research topic statement and a detailed project plan for a PhD dissertation (sample in Uzbek)
  6. At least one scientific article published in academic journals and publications, as well as at least two articles published in proceedings of scientific-practical conferences or seminars related to the dissertation research field
  7. Copy of passport
  8. Photo (3x4 cm) – 4 pieces
  9. Document folder – 2 pieces

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Foreign citizens pay for education at the Uzbek State University of World Languages in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UZS – Uzbek soum).

Payment can be made separately for each semester.

For foreign citizens:

  • PhD (Basic Doctoral Program) – 15,000,000 UZS
  • DSc (Doctoral Program) – 15,000,000 UZS
  • Independent researcher – 10,000,000 UZS

For foreign citizens with a residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan:

  • PhD (Basic Doctoral Program) – 15,000,000 UZS
  • DSc (Doctoral Program) – 15,000,000 UZS
  • Independent researcher – 10,000,000 UZS
