As previously mentioned, a short-term training course was organized at the Central Scientific and Methodical Center for the Organization of Further Training and Retraining of Pedagogical and Managerial Personnel in the Higher Education System.

Furthermore, in accordance with this order, the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, as a higher education institution with significant experience in execution discipline and document management, was assigned the responsibility of familiarizing listeners from higher educational institutions across the country with the current state of work being done to improve the effectiveness of document processing, as well as conducting practical sessions for experience exchange.

In connection with this, practical lessons were organized for listeners from higher educational institutions across the country, where the methods of improving the efficiency of working with physical and legal entities' appeals, as well as issues of control and monitoring, were demonstrated. The practical sessions were conducted by the Head of the Department of Work with Appeals from Citizens and Legal Entities, PhD in Philosophy, Associate Professor S. Rakhmonov, and the Head of the Office and Archive Department, F. Turayev.

After the sessions, there was an exchange of opinions, and the listeners were able to receive answers to their questions of interest.
