Department History:
The Department of English Practical Subjects №1 is one of the long-established departments of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University. It was founded in 1995 within the Faculty of English Philology under the name “English Lexicology.”
The first head of the department was Dilyara Isroilovna Gaziyeva.
Over time, due to structural changes, the department underwent several renamings and leadership transitions.
Mission:
To train highly qualified specialists who meet modern educational standards and international requirements.
