Postgraduate Education
At the university, the Institute of Postgraduate Education was established based on the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 22.05.2017, No. 304. The institute aims to prepare highly qualified scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in important fields of science and technology, as well as to develop fundamental research in priority areas of science and technology and implement state scientific programs. As a result, the effectiveness of the postgraduate education system has increased, leading to the timely defense of doctoral dissertations.
Conditions for Researchers
Special conditions have been created for postgraduate students to ensure that they can successfully defend their dissertations on time: each postgraduate student is provided with specially equipped rooms, workplaces, and computers connected to the Internet; there is also access to scientific and educational information resources such as Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, Thomson Reuters, EBSCO, Information Services, ProQuest, and others.
Requirements for Researchers
Postgraduates are required to follow a personal work plan, which includes mastering theoretical and methodological courses in their field, writing scientific articles, passing qualifying exams, completing their research, organizing scientific seminars, gaining teaching experience, and fulfilling other tasks within three years of study.
Conference and Seminar Room
In the conference and seminar room, postgraduates present the results of their dissertation work, give presentations, and hold discussions. Various scientific events and meetings are held throughout the year. Leading international and national scientists give scientific lectures, hold master classes, and organize meetings of the “Postgraduate Association.” Scientific circles for talented students are also conducted.
Postgraduate Association
The “Postgraduate Association” has been active for several years with the following objectives: creating a scientific and practical platform for researchers; fostering a culture of presenting research results in front of the academic community; analyzing scientific work; providing mutual assistance and ensuring the timely completion of research; supporting collaboration with leading international scientific centers.
