Student Service Sector:

Providing information about class schedules;

Assisting with submitting applications for retake groups;

Providing information to students about current interim and final assessments;

Issuing academic certificates and transcripts;

Providing the exam list;

Assisting with submitting applications for transfer or reinstatement;

Helping students submit online applications for second higher education admission to other higher education institutions;
-
Assisting with online applications for master’s program admissions to other institutions;
-
Providing students with certificates of their GPA;
-
Assisting students with recovering their passwords in the "HEMIS" information system;
-
Helping students with obtaining medical insurance;
-
Providing consultation on admission and transfer procedures;
-
Providing information about various services and resources available at higher education institutions;
Scientific and Innovation Activity Service Sector:

Providing information about grants, projects, and competitions;
-
Offering consultations on scientific projects;
-
Promoting scientific conferences, seminars, and other scientific-innovative events organized by the university among students;
-
Providing information and practical assistance regarding scientific clubs for students.
International Relations and Academic Mobility Service Sector:

Providing study certificates in English;
-
Offering information about various international grants and academic mobility programs;
-
Providing information to foreign students about the academic process at the university;
-
Giving information about joint educational programs and promoting them among students;
-
Providing information on the "El-yurt Umidi" Foundation scholarship selection for studying abroad and foreign announcements;
-
Providing information on foreign language learning courses.
Accounting and Marketing Service Sector:

Officially receiving information about employed graduates from faculty deans and entering it into the system;
-
Calculating and providing the officially determined payment-contract amount from the university’s planning and finance department, as well as assisting in submitting applications for payment contracts;
-
Preparing scholarship orders based on student performance and other criteria, as provided by the dean's office or academic methodical administration, according to HEMIS platform results;
-
Identifying and confirming the amount for re-enrollment fees for students with academic debts through the system, and assisting with submitting applications for re-enrollment contracts;
-
Assisting with writing applications for rental subsidies in collaboration with tutors;
-
Assisting students with applying for dormitory placements in cooperation with tutors;
-
Posting recommendations about employment on the university website for students;
-
Creating a list of potential employers in collaboration with the "Student Practice Department" and sharing it with students via the university website.
Graduate Employment and Placement:

Preparing and providing all necessary documents for the employment and placement of graduates under state grants in cooperation with faculty deans, department heads, and the "Student Practice Department" (employment referral, distribution commission decision, personal distribution records).
