Responsibilities of the Head of the Technical Support Department for Education:

  • Develop and implement Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the university’s educational process and organize methodological work.

  • Check and monitor the working condition of existing computer labs (classes) at the university.

  • Provide suggestions for developing prospective plans based on the needs of computers and organizational technical tools for the university’s structural departments.

  • Develop a preventive maintenance plan for all computers and organizational technical tools in the university’s structural departments.

  • Monitor the repair of computers and other organizational technical tools based on incoming orders.

  • Develop measures to promptly eliminate malfunctions that occur during the use of technical equipment and continuously monitor the uninterrupted operation of all devices.
