Ministry of Higher and secondary special education of the Republic of Uzbekistan State University of World Languages of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ministry of higher and secondary special education, deputy dean of the Faculty of higher educational institutions for spiritual and educational affairs, methodological guidance of the Department of spirituality and enlightenment, established in accordance with the decree of the Ministry of Finance No. 1-2017,  The tasks and qualification requirements of the representative position of the deputy dean for spiritual and educational affairs of the faculty are to ensure and monitor the implementation of the educational laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees, orders, decisions of the Cabinet of ministers, decisions of the Ministry of higher and secondary special education, orders, letters, assignments, as well as orders of; Organization of filling out personal sheets of students with an individual psychological portrait of them; daily control of students ' adherence to the culture of dress and treatment; coordination of spiritual and educational work plans of faculties and departments and the formation of a general work plan based on them, approval in the faculty Scientific Council; Organization of activities of the faculty aimed at protecting; Introduction and continuous discussion of issues related to spiritual and educational work into the plan of the Faculty Council; delivery of the content of decrees and decisions made by the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the government to students; education of student-youth in the spirit of patriotism, loyalty to national and universal values, expansion of their spiritual, aesthetic, moral worldview, protection of; To ensure the implementation of activities on spiritual and educational work carried out in the higher educational institution; to establish work on the formation of moral, aesthetic, political and ideological education among students and young people; to organize conferences, round tables, meetings and work aimed at enhancing legal culture on the basis of national traditions, values; to promote the improvement of; Formation of specialized skills in students based on Educational Directions and specialties of spiritual and educational work; improvement of spiritual and educational work on the basis of the tasks of the Rector, vice-rector for spiritual and educational work, Department of spirituality and enlightenment, dean of the faculty; analysis of work performed by heads of the Department on spiritual and educational issues and making recommendations; To analyze and control the full implementation of the tasks related to the “spiritual and educational work” area in the annual teaching loads of professors; to attach coaches to rented students, to constantly coordinate their activities; to meaningfully organize students ' free time from classes in student residences and to control their daily activities; to pass the “information and coaching hour”conducted by coaches, to; Constant communication with the parents of students and the organization of the “Parents ' Day” event in the faculties; organization and control of shifts on the days established in accordance with the leadership task in the educational building and student residences; report on spiritual and educational work of the faculty at the end of each semester, preparation of photo albums and presentation to the head of the Department; ; Individual work with the requirements of organization and treatment in cooperation with public organizations and law enforcement agencies; initiative in the decoration of faculty buildings, departments and study rooms with propaganda posters and approach this task with political vigilance; diligently carry out its service tasks.

Decisions of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers related to educational issues in the higher education system, decisions of the Ministry, orders, orders of the ministry, regulations relating to the activities of the faculty, instructions and regulatory documents, rules of etiquette, Charter of the OSCE, internal labor regulations, other regulatory documents related to the proceedings.Qualification requirements: having exemplary qualities, intellectual, cultural, leadership, creative thought, politeness, organization, initiative and entrepreneurial abilities, sense of responsibility, it is necessary to have the characteristics of independent decision-making and work, to act strictly, to ensure the achievement of the strategic goals of the institution;to have a higher education (Master's diploma); to be aware of information and information on issues related to their field;to have at least 3 years of experience in pedagogical or spiritual and educational work;

The main purpose of the department To educate students in the spirit of commitment to national and universal values, to expand their spiritual, aesthetic and moral horizons, to protect their thinking from the influence of various alien ideas and to educate in them a truly selfless and patriotic personality in the name of independent Uzbekistan. The main tasks of the department:  formation of students as true citizens of the independent Republic of Uzbekistan on the basis of national and universal values;  Preparation for diligent fulfillment of civil and children's duties to the Motherland;  improving the professional skills of students, increasing responsibility;  formation and improvement of personal, specific individual qualities of the student;  widely encourage students to have a sense of social activity, initiative, respect for their studies and profession, as well as social responsibility;  develop students' socio-political and legal consciousness, expand their critical and analytical thinking skills;  negative vices for students: foreshadowing negative consequences of injustice, arbitrariness, parochialism;  meaningful organization of leisure time for students, organization of scientific and creative activities based on their interests;  improvement of targeted spiritual, moral and educational work;  wide propaganda among the student youth of the reforms carried out in the country in the conditions of the new Uzbekistan;  establishing work on the formation of moral, aesthetic, political, legal, artistic education of students-youth;  organization of congresses, round tables and meetings dedicated to the promotion of national traditions and values;  assistance in improving the work to improve the spiritual and physical development of students;  defining the priority directions of spiritual-educational and educational work at the university, developing the necessary normative documents on this issue and ensuring its implementation;  defining ideological immunity among student youth in the fight against religious extremism, terrorism, drug addiction and organised crime;  Fostering young people's interest in music, painting, literature, theatre and other forms of art and helping them to discover their talents.  Strengthening the physical fitness of young people and creating the necessary conditions for them to demonstrate their aptitude for sport;  Enhancing the spirituality of young people and improving the culture of reading among them;  Systematic organisation of work to help female students learn a profession;  Active participation in the improvement of spiritual and educational work together with city and district departments of the Republican Centre for Spirituality and Enlightenment, as well as foundations and public organisations operating in our country.

The section of the book entitled “Professor-teacher relations” states: – In the relationship between professors and teachers – the principles of unity, mutual respect and attention, friendship, solidarity, honesty, and justice. – Disrespect for human dignity, humiliation, misappropriation of intellectual property, rudeness, use of obscene language, fights, moral, material, or physical harm to others is strictly prohibited in the relations between professors and teachers.
