On September 3, 2025, the Faculty of Foreign Languages under Uzbekistan State World Languages University officially launched its activities in the city of Angren.

During the event, Deputy Mayor of Angren, Salim Anarboev, and Dean of the Faculty, Ikhtiyor Bazarov, delivered speeches, warmly congratulating the first-year students.

It was also emphasized that all necessary conditions are being created at the new branch to ensure students receive a high-quality education and gain in-depth knowledge of foreign languages.

The opening of the Faculty of Foreign Languages in Angren marks an important step towards expanding the university’s activities and increasing the effectiveness of foreign language teaching in the regions.
