A dissertation discussion was held

On March 24, 2026, an extended departmental academic discussion was successfully held in both offline format and via the ZOOM online platform.

During the discussion, a dissertation prepared in the specialty 10.00.06 – Comparative Literature, Contrastive Linguistics, and Translation Studies was reviewed on the topic: “Pragmatic Features of Translating Advertising Slogans (based on English and Uzbek languages)”.

 

 

In the course of the discussion, the relevance of the research, its scientific novelty, and its practical significance were thoroughly examined. Based on the opinions expressed, relevant recommendations were provided.

The scientific supervisor, reviewers, and experts also actively participated in the discussion.
