On January 11, a meeting was organized with the participation of the rector of UzSWLU I. Tukhtasinov, the vice-rector for international cooperation issues A. Nasirov and the staff of the International Ratings Department.

During the program, a report was given on the university's strategic steps and actions regarding participation in international ratings, rating indicators and the work being done on participation in the rating and taking a worthy place in it, and the work plan of the department for 2024 was discussed.

The rector gave the necessary advice on the development and implementation of the plan of measures aimed at increasing the ranking of the university in the international educational environment. Special attention was paid to such important aspects as improving the quality of education, developing scientific research, and creating favorable conditions for students and teachers.

At the final stage of the meeting, specific steps were defined for the implementation of plans and activities aimed at strengthening the position of the university in world rankings such as Times Higher Education "THE", QS World University Rankings, UI Green Metric, Ranking Web of Universities.
