A Meeting with the Director of Nisshin Co (Japan) Held at Uzbekistan State World Languages University

On April 28, a meeting was held at Uzbekistan State World Languages University with Liu Jian (Liu Xian), the director of the Japanese company Nisshin Co.

Representing the university were Rector Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation A. Nasirov, Director of the Center for Retraining and Professional Development of Pedagogical Personnel under UzSWLU Jamila Abduganiyeva, and Head of the Japanese Language Department N. Hamidova.

During the meeting, the Nisshin Co representatives proposed the following initiatives:

• Development of educational programs;

• Assistance in student admissions to international universities;

• Organization of student exchange programs;

• Involvement of experts in conducting academic seminars, webinars, and master classes;

• Support for students in studying and securing employment in Japan.

The sides also discussed:

• Organizing professional development courses for teachers;

• Developing a joint educational program between the two universities;

• Launching a summer language camp for students studying Japanese;

• Holding seminars on "Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Japanese Language Teaching";

• Creating a platform to develop educational materials using AI and evaluate students’ creative works.

The meeting was held in a friendly and sincere atmosphere, and both parties agreed to expand their cooperation and implement promising future projects.
