A Scientific and Educational Seminar Dedicated to the Day of Defenders of the Motherland Was Held

On January 12, a scientific and educational seminar dedicated to January 14 — the Day of Defenders of the Motherland — was held at the Network Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Personnel under the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

The seminar opened with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The event was attended by the university administration, faculty members, participants of professional development courses, and field specialists.

During the seminar, the Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Ilkhomjon Madaminovich Tukhtasinov, delivered a speech highlighting the significance of the Day of Defenders of the Motherland in the life of society, the prestige of the national army, and the importance of educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism.

In addition, Professor Alisher Narimanovich Nazarov of the Department of Military Security and Management at the University of Military Security and Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan presented an informative lecture on ensuring national security, modern threats, and effective measures to counter them.

During the event, Senior Lecturer of the same department, Ravshan Saypiddinovich Yusupov, also spoke, emphasizing the high sense of responsibility, dedication, and professional competence of the defenders of the Motherland.

The seminar served as an important impetus for participants to gain a deeper understanding of their duty and responsibility in ensuring peace and security in the country, as well as to strengthen feelings of loyalty to the Motherland and national pride.
