A Scientific Seminar Was Held

On January 8, 2026, at the Second Faculty of English of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Yuldasheva Shahlo Shukraliyevna organized a regular scientific seminar for faculty members.

Seminar topic:
“Developing theoretical knowledge and practical skills of faculty members, doctoral students, and researchers engaged in scientific research on publishing articles in international academic journals”

During the seminar, the following issues were thoroughly discussed:

— requirements and ranking systems of international scientific databases such as Scopus and Web of Science;
— structural and stylistic aspects of preparing articles for international academic journals;
— challenges encountered during the publication process and ways to address them;
— practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of publishing in international scientific journals.

The seminar provided participants with valuable knowledge and practical experience in advancing their research activities at the international level.
