2026-09-30 12-13 “First Time in First Grade” Event Held as Part of Cooperation between Uzbekistan State World Languages University and School No. 168
On September 29, 2026, as part of the cooperation program between Uzbekistan State World Languages University and General Secondary School No. 168, a spiritual, educational, and character-building event entitled “First Time in First Grade” was organized for primary school pupils.
The event was conducted by M.N. Isamukhamedova and D.M. Kambarova, lecturers at the Department of Practical English Language Disciplines-3 of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
The main objective of the event was to support primary school pupils in adapting to school life, develop their interest in education and a positive attitude toward learning, and strengthen their sense of respect for the school, teachers, and peers.
During the event, the pupils were introduced to the importance of school as a place of knowledge and personal development. They were also informed about the importance of respecting teachers, following school rules, maintaining friendly relationships with classmates, actively participating in lessons, and setting positive goals for themselves.
Taking into account the age-specific characteristics of young pupils, the event was organized through engaging communication, question-and-answer sessions, interactive activities, and educational discussions. The pupils actively participated in the event, expressed their opinions freely, and showed great enthusiasm while completing the assigned tasks.
The pupils were also given recommendations on how to start the new academic year with a positive attitude, develop a desire to learn, cultivate a love of reading, help their friends, and become active members of the school community.
The event played an important role in further strengthening cooperation between the university and the general secondary school, developing the pedagogical and educational activities of university lecturers with school pupils, and making a meaningful contribution to the education and upbringing of the younger generation.
