An important educational event was organized for first-year students of the 1st English Faculty at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

The event was dedicated to explaining the essence and content of the Regulation “On the procedure for awarding and reallocating state grants to students in higher education institutions,” approved by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 149 dated March 10, 2025.

The event was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Ch. Chutpulatov, as well as the Head of the Educational and Methodological Department, the Head of the Youth Affairs, Spirituality and Enlightenment Department, the faculty dean, deputy deans, tutors, and first-year students.

During the event, the mechanisms for allocating state grants, procedures for their redistribution, and key rules were explained in detail with clear examples. In addition, comprehensive information was provided on full and partial state grants, additional state grants, university grants, the activities of relevant commissions, the procedure for submitting applications by students, and the established deadlines.

At the end of the event, a Q&A session was held, during which students received answers to their questions regarding grant distribution and the educational process.
