An Important Seminar in the Field of Science and Education

On January 6, 2026, a seminar dedicated to the content of Resolution No. 1030 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, titled “On the Procedure for Paying Additional Allowances to Employees Holding Academic Degrees and Engaged in Scientific, Scientific-Pedagogical, and Labor Activities in State Organizations in the Field of Science and Education,” was held at the Faculty of English Language 2.

The seminar was conducted by Associate Professor Albina Mingaliyevna Bazarbayeva (DSc).

During the seminar, the following issues were thoroughly discussed:

• the regulatory and legal foundations of the resolution;

• conditions and criteria for paying additional allowances to employees with academic degrees;

• rights and responsibilities of employees;

• procedures for determining and formalizing payments;

• scientific and methodological aspects of the resolution and issues related to its practical implementation.

Faculty members received detailed answers to their questions and obtained valuable information regarding the practical significance of the resolution.
