An important seminar was organized within the framework of the “Young Linguist” scientific club at the Department of Joint Educational Programs of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, implemented in cooperation with MSLU and BSU.

The seminar on “The Structure and Specific Features of a Course Paper” was conducted by Senior Lecturers of the Department of General Linguistics — N.R. Madaminova, Sh.A. Alimardanova, and A.R. Galyamova.

During the event, detailed information was provided on:

• the content and structure of a course paper;
• the requirements for writing academic papers;
• formatting rules;
• methods of working with academic sources.

At the end of the seminar, students received answers to their questions and reinforced their knowledge through practical and interactive tasks.

This seminar played an important role in engaging students in research activities and in developing the essential academic skills required for writing a course paper.
