The 12-hour short-term course titled “Planning and Methodological Support of the Educational Process in Higher Education: Modern Approaches” was organized to implement the Resolution No. 415 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 11, 2024, and Order No. 321 of the Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation dated August 22, 2025 (“On measures to prepare higher education institutions and academic lyceums for the 2025/2026 academic year”).

The course was launched for department heads and professors in collaboration between Uzbekistan State World Languages University and the Network Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Personnel under UzDJTU. During the 4-day intensive training, participants acquired deep theoretical and practical knowledge on effective organization of the educational process, working with methodological documents, and implementing assessment and certification procedures according to modern standards.

At the conclusion of the course, official certificates were awarded to all participants. Additionally, gratitude was expressed to active lecturers — experienced practitioners, educational-methodical leaders, and methodologists.

The event was attended by the Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Professor Ilhomjon Tukhtasinov, who highly appreciated the participants’ active involvement in the educational process, their methodological thinking, and their thorough preparation for the new academic year.

The course concluded with the official awarding of certificates, commemorative photos, and sincere feedback. Participants expressed their gratitude for the practical course and expressed the hope that such training formats will be regularly organized.
