Cooperation Towards Improving the Quality of Foreign Language Education

Faculty members of the Department of Media Linguistics and Communication of the Faculty of International Journalism at Uzbekistan State World Languages University paid a visit to Secondary School No. 203 located in the Uchtepa district.

During the visit, a roundtable discussion was held with the school’s English language teachers, focusing on improving the quality of foreign language teaching, strengthening educational and methodological cooperation, and organizing joint scientific seminars and conferences in the future.

In addition, in order to enhance teachers’ academic potential, agreements were reached on cooperation in writing scientific articles, meeting formatting requirements, engaging teachers in scientific seminars and conferences organized by the department, and ensuring their active participation.

At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides emphasized that such systematic cooperation between general education schools and higher education institutions contributes significantly to improving the practical effectiveness of foreign language education.
