2026-08-14 09-11 Dissertation Research Discussed within the Framework of a Scientific Seminar
A scientific seminar was held both offline and online via the ZOOM platform to discuss the dissertation research of Makhliyo Yuldashevna Mirzaakhmedova entitled “The Interpretation of Enlightenment in the Works of Alisher Navoi and William Shakespeare,” prepared in the specialty 10.00.06 – Comparative Literature and Translation Studies for submission in fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philological Sciences.
During the discussion, the seminar participants expressed their views and comments on the relevance and academic significance of the research, its methodological approaches, and the scientific results achieved. The dissertation author provided detailed answers to the questions raised and comprehensively presented the key aspects of the research.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the dissertation was positively evaluated and recommended, in accordance with the established procedure, for further consideration at the next stage of the academic process.
