2026-07-22 03-30 Doctoral Dissertation (DSc) in Philological Sciences Successfully Defended
Today, a regular meeting of the Academic Council under Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) was held.
During the meeting, the dissertation of Axmedova Aziza Komilovna entitled “The Poetics of Psychologism of Literary Characters in Sinclair Lewis’s Prose”, prepared for the degree of Doctor of Philological Sciences (DSc) in the specialty 10.00.04 – Languages and Literature of the Peoples of Europe, America and Australia, was reviewed and successfully defended.
The members of the Academic Council highly evaluated the scientific novelty, theoretical significance, and practical value of the dissertation research and adopted a decision to award the applicant the degree of Doctor of Philological Sciences (DSc).
