On September 11, the Uzbekistan State World Languages University organized a meeting for students on preventing emergencies and following safety rules.

The head of the Uchtepa District Department of Emergency Situations, Lieutenant Colonel O. Jumaev, took part in the event. He provided students with detailed information on preventing potential natural and man-made emergencies at the university and on eliminating their consequences.

In addition, important recommendations were given on fire safety during the autumn–winter season, proper use of heating devices, and preventing carbon monoxide poisoning. Students were once again urged to remain vigilant and responsible.

Rector Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov also attended the meeting, stressing the importance of such events in building a culture of safety among students and noting that these activities would continue on a regular basis.
