On September 10, 2025, from 20:00 to 22:00, an emergency preparedness training was conducted at the student dormitory of Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU), in cooperation with the Uchtepa District Emergency Department and organizations belonging to the district Emergency Response Subsystem (FVDqT).

The main purpose of the training was to develop students’ skills in proper behavior during fires and other emergencies, adherence to evacuation rules, knowledge of safety measures, and the ability to act quickly in coordination with relevant services.

Emergency Department officers carried out practical exercises with students, demonstrating how to use fire extinguishers, provide first aid, and evacuate to a safe zone.

The event was attended by UzSWLU Rector Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov and university administration representatives, who observed the training process.

Additionally, as part of the training, specialists inspected the university’s heating system and boiler rooms. It was confirmed that they comply with safety requirements and provide students with secure living conditions.

This training became a hands-on learning experience for students and contributed to enhancing their culture of behavior in emergency situations.
