Faculty reporting meetings are ongoing at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University

On June 27, the Dean of the Faculty of Russian Philology, Aziz Rakhmonov, presented a report on the results of the 2024–2025 academic year to the university administration led by Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov.

Special report forms were prepared for the administration, analyzing the faculty's achievements over the year in the following areas:

• Spiritual and educational activities;

• Educational and methodological work;

• Scientific potential;

• International relations and cooperation;

• Economic indicators.

Areas for improvement were also reviewed. In particular, the problems identified at the end of the 2024–2025 academic year were analyzed, and suggestions were made for addressing them. Priority directions for the 2025–2026 academic year were clearly outlined.

The university administration positively evaluated the results achieved by the Faculty of Russian Philology, especially recognizing the faculty’s significant contribution to the university's rise in international rankings.

Rector Ilkhomjon Madaminovich emphasized the importance of the trust placed in the faculty team and the high expectations for results, highlighting the need for openness to innovation and active pursuit of sustainable development.

During the meeting, vice-rectors and department heads shared their proposals and opinions on the performance of the teaching staff. The faculty team, in turn, presented specific plans and initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, expanding international activity, and accelerating scientific research in the upcoming academic year.
