Field Hockey Tournament Opening and Friendly Match Held at UzSWLU

Following the signing of the memorandum, the opening ceremony of a field hockey tournament was held on the campus of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

The event was opened by UzSWLU Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, who emphasized the importance of regular sports activities for students’ physical and moral development.

During the opening ceremony:

• Experts explained the rules of field hockey

• A symbolic demonstration match was held with participation from federation coaches

Afterwards:

• A friendly match took place between the university’s women’s student team and representatives of the Uzbekistan Field Hockey Federation

• Both teams exchanged commemorative gifts at the end of the match

At the conclusion of the event:

• The university presented souvenirs to all participants

• The federation gifted hockey equipment to the students
