On November 20, 2025, the official website of Paderborn University reported on an important meeting held between Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, Rector of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, and Professor Matthias Bauer, President of Paderborn University. The meeting took place in Germany within the framework of the First Uzbekistan–Germany Rectors’ Forum.
