In order to improve the quality of education and enhance the university’s academic potential, as well as to develop international cooperation, consistent efforts are being made to actively involve foreign specialists in the educational process

As a result of these efforts, another Italian specialist has begun her professional activity at the Department of Italian Translation Theory and Practice of the Faculty of Translation at Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

Giulia Bongioni earned her bachelor’s degree at the University of Bergamo, a partner higher education institution of our university, and completed her master’s studies at the University of Helsinki, Finland. She is currently teaching courses such as Literature of the Target Language Country and Practical Training for Language Certification to students majoring in Italian.

The involvement of this foreign specialist in the educational process provides students with valuable opportunities to master the Italian language at a native level, gain closer insight into the cultural and academic environment, and develop their professional competencies in line with international standards.
