On November 20, the Department of English translation theory at the Faculty of translation of the Uzbek State World Languages University  held an international scientific and practical conference on “Interpreting: problems, solutions and prospects 2”. 

The plenary session of the conference began with the state anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan.  The vice-rector for Scientific Affairs and innovation of the University Otabek Yusupov opened the event. 

After that, participants were presented with a video recording of the history, achievements of the translation faculty and the results of today, and within the framework of the conference, the opinion of the speakers was thrown into the middle. 

Professor Zakhra Zaratti of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Professor Akhmad Al-Zubaydi of the Department of translation theory and practice of Arabic language at the Faculty of translation, teacher Noto Kuniyaki of the Department of Japanese philology, Senior Lecturer Schusler Ralph of the Department of English translation theory and many other university professors presented their lectures on the topic.

The conference has become of particular importance for the young people of New Uzbekistan, specialists in the field, who are making successive achievements in the international arena today.
