We reported on the visit of the members of the delegation led by the rector of UzSWLU Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov to the University of São Paulo, which is highly ranked in the world rankings of Brazil.
 

Within the framework of the visit, official meetings and artistic events were organized and samples of the rich ore heritage of the Uzbek people were shown.

At the end of the visit, a meeting was organized between the management of the two universities. 

At the beginning of the meeting, according to custom, detailed information about the activities of the two universities and the teaching system was presented and a video clip was shown.

The rectors of both universities participating in the official event agreed to further expand the scope of cooperation in the field of priority and promising areas in the future, in particular, scientific research, organize internship programs for young scientists, as well as create suitable conditions for participants in exchange programs, establish the teaching of the Portuguese language in Uzbekistan, cooperate with the University of Sao Paulo in this regard.

On the basis of the agreements, a Memorandum of bilateral interest was signed. 

At the end of the meeting, the partners of the two sides presented souvenirs.
