2026-08-12 09-51 Interviews Held with Candidates for Tutor Positions
Today, August 11, interviews were held at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages with candidates who had applied for tutor positions.
The interviews were conducted by Valijon Sadiyev, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work, together with the responsible staff members.
During the interviews, the candidates’ professional knowledge and skills, experience in working with students, communication culture, and views on tutor activities were assessed.
Particular attention was paid to the candidates’ approaches to working effectively with students, identifying and addressing their concerns, and supporting their active participation in the educational and personal development processes.
The interviews also focused on the candidates’ attitude towards tutor activities, sense of responsibility, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
