Meeting with Japanese Guests at Uzbekistan State World Languages University
On February 20, a meeting was held at Uzbekistan State World Languages University with representatives of Nomura Research Institute Consulting & Solutions (NRI Consulting). The event was attended by the company’s executives, including the management of NRI Consulting & Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., who expressed interest in students’ opinions and views on the system of training specialists in Uzbekistan in shipbuilding and other fields.
The meeting was attended by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, the leadership of the International Department and the Faculty of Oriental Philology, as well as representatives of the Department of Japanese Philology. The guests conducted a questionnaire survey among students and obtained information about their professional plans, desire to work in Japan, and expected working conditions. During the discussion, views were exchanged on employment opportunities for students in Japan and their future professional paths.
In addition, issues related to expanding cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan in the field of labor migration and training qualified specialists were discussed. The Japanese guests familiarized themselves with the educational environment of the university, academic programs, and the opportunities available for students. At the end of the meeting, the parties outlined future steps for the consistent development of mutually beneficial cooperation.
