A spiritual and educational event dedicated to the remarkable life and works of the great thinker, poet, and statesman Mir Alisher Navoi was held at the Center for Retraining and Advanced Training of Pedagogical Staff under the Uzbek State University of World Languages.

The event featured the participation of Begoyim Kholbekova, a member of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, a renowned translator, and recipient of the Order of Friendship, as well as Ozoda Bekmurodova, a well-known poet, journalist, member of the Writers' Union of Uzbekistan, and Deputy Hokim of the Yashnobod District for women's issues.

They recited the finest ghazals of Alisher Navoi, known as the "Sultan of the Realm of Ghazals," and provided in-depth interpretations of their profound meanings. Additionally, they shared English translations of these ghazals with the attendees.

Participants of the advanced training courses had the opportunity to ask questions about Navoi’s literary works and also recited some of his ghazals.
