On April 21, the delegation from the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages (USUWL), currently visiting Argentina, paid a visit to the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (UNMdP).

The cooperation between UNMdP and USUWL is expected to enhance educational and scientific exchanges between the two countries, raise the international standing of both universities, and open new horizons not only in education, but also in science, culture, and innovation. This partnership also plays a vital role in strengthening the international presence of Argentina and Uzbekistan and further developing bilateral diplomatic relations.

As part of the visit, a cultural and educational event titled "Uzbekistan: A Priceless Cultural Heritage" was organized ahead of the 43rd session of the UNESCO General Assembly, which will be held in 2025 in Samarkand.

As per tradition, the delegation members presented information about Uzbekistan’s great historical figures. The event featured an exhibition dedicated to Uzbek culture and traditions, including the national flag, traditional clothing, suzani embroidery, and samples of handicrafts.

The presentation of Uzbek national dishes, traditional dances, and musical performances using national instruments gave the event a festive atmosphere and sparked great interest among the Argentine audience.
