On December 4–5, 2025, the 2nd Korea-Uzbekistan University Presidents’ Forum will be held in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

Forum Theme: “2025 Global AI Talent & Education Forum.”

This prestigious event is organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Embassy of Uzbekistan in the Republic of Korea, in collaboration with the Korean Ministry of Education and Ajou University. Leaders of leading higher education institutions from both countries will participate. The forum will also feature the Korean Minister of Education, the head of the Education Department of the National Assembly of Korea, and executives from leading Korean organizations and companies.

At the forum, the Rector of Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, will hold meetings on cooperation with presidents and vice-presidents of Jeonbuk National University, Kangwon National University, Honam University, Seoyoung University, and other Korean universities. Memorandums and agreements on cooperation are expected to be signed.

I. Tukhtasinov will participate with a presentation titled “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in the Globalization of Education”, providing Korean colleagues with detailed information on the digitalization initiatives and the implementation of AI elements in the educational process in Uzbekistan.
