On July 23, a dissertation discussion was held at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University. 

The defense of Sayyora Abdukarimovna Kabilova’s PhD dissertation in Philology, specializing in 10.00.06 – Comparative Literature, Contrastive Linguistics, and Translation Studies, was organized on the topic “Linguistic Realization of Euphemisms in the Publicistic Discourse of English and Uzbek Languages.”

During the discussion, the researcher presented the results of her study within the scope of the topic, emphasized its academic novelty, and provided well-grounded answers to the questions posed.
