On September 13, a scientific seminar was organized at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

 In it, Uktamova Navroza's 13.00.02 - Theory and Methodology of Education and Pedagogical Sciences on the topic "Improving sociolinguistic competence in teaching English to future journalists (as an example of political and social texts)"  the discussion of the dissertation submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) was held.

 During the scientific program conducted through the Zoom online platform, the researcher gave a presentation on her topic and answered the questions of the members of the scientific seminar.
