On March 28 of this year, a competition was held among first-year master’s students specializing in Literary Studies: English Literature, based on the novel "The Kite Runner."
The discussion of "The Kite Runner", a novel by prominent contemporary American author Khaled Hosseini, was conducted in the form of a competition. Associate Professor of the Department of Linguistics and English Literature, PhD Dilnoza Ruzmatova, who teaches this subject, noted that the session significantly helped students better understand the essence of the novel, feel the events emotionally, and critically analyze them.
This lesson and competition, organized in the "open-air learning" format, sparked greater interest in literature among the students and provided an effective platform for mastering both theoretical and practical knowledge.
