Participation in an Economic Training Dedicated to Strengthening Executive Discipline
On August 5, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan organized another economic training session. The event aimed to explain and ensure the effective implementation of Presidential Decree No. PF-117, dated July 25, 2025, titled “On Additional Measures to Further Strengthen Executive Discipline in State Bodies and Organizations.”
This practical training seminar was led by the First Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Shahrukh Daliev, and ensured broad participation both offline and online.
Representatives of the leadership team of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, led by Rector Ilhomjon Tuxtasinov, also actively participated in the event online.
Representatives of the following organizations participated in the event:

Leadership and all staff of the Central Office of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation;

Agency for Innovative Development — all staff;

Agency for Assessment of Knowledge and Qualifications — all staff;

Higher Attestation Commission — all staff;

National Office for Innovation Implementation and Technology Transfer — head and all staff;

All organizations within the Ministry’s system — leaders and all staff;

Departments of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions, and Tashkent city;

All higher education institutions (public, private, and foreign) in the republic — staff members.
These representatives actively participated in both online and offline formats.
During the event, the following topics were presented and discussed:

Key aspects and implementation mechanisms of Decree No. PF-117;

Systemic shortcomings identified in the first half of 2025 and proposals for the second half;

Updated technical requirements for drafting official documents;
-
New functions and additional features of the Ijro.gov.uz unified electronic system.
The event concluded with open discussions and Q&A sessions.
