2026-07-09 05-45 PhD Dissertation Defense in Philological Sciences Held
On July 9, 2026, a regular meeting of the Scientific Council under the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages was held in both offline and online formats via the ZOOM platform.
According to the agenda, the defense of Oybek Amonovich Qulmamatov’s PhD dissertation in Philological Sciences was held within the specialty 10.00.13 – Comparative and Contrastive Linguistics. The dissertation was titled “Linguocultural Study of Oral Speech Genres (Based on English Dozens and Uzbek Askiya)”.
Following the discussions conducted by the members of the Scientific Council, the dissertation was positively evaluated, and a decision was made to award Oybek Amonovich Qulmamatov the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philological Sciences.
