PhD Dissertation in Pedagogical Sciences Reviewed at Scientific Seminar
On 16 July, the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages held a scientific seminar to review the PhD dissertation of Laylo Jurayevna Toshboyeva, submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences under the specialty 13.00.02 – Theory and Methodology of Education and Training. The dissertation is entitled "Methodology for Teaching Tourism-Related Terminology to Students through Digital Technologies."
The discussion was conducted in a hybrid format, with participants attending both in person and online via the ZOOM platform. Members of the scientific seminar, faculty members, researchers, and field experts participated in the discussion, sharing their views on the dissertation's scientific novelty, theoretical foundations, and practical significance.
During the seminar, the dissertation was comprehensively analyzed, and participants presented proposals and recommendations regarding the research findings.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the participants adopted the relevant conclusions and recommendations to advance the dissertation to the next stage of the evaluation process in accordance with established procedures.
