Preparations for the “Minister’s Cup” Accelerate

At Uzbekistan State World Languages University, preparations are in full swing for the Republican stage of the “Minister’s Cup” field hockey competition, scheduled for April 7–9, 2026.

Today, the reception of the women’s student teams from participating higher education institutions began. University volunteers warmly welcomed the guests and accommodated them in designated student dormitories.

So far, teams from the following universities have arrived and been settled:
— Fergana State Technical University
— Fergana State University
— Andijan State Institute of Foreign Languages

Teams from Uzbekistan State University of Physical Culture and Sports, Chirchik State Pedagogical University, Bukhara State University, and Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute are also expected to arrive.

All necessary conditions have been prepared for the participants ahead of the competition, and organizational processes are being carried out at a high level. The welcoming of guests is ongoing.
