Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University Reviews the Construction Progress of the New Student Dormitory
Today, Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov, Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, together with the university administration and responsible officials, visited the new student dormitory currently under construction at 4 Zakovat Street, Tashkent.
During the visit, the Rector reviewed the progress of construction, assessed the quality of the ongoing building works, and examined whether the project was being implemented in accordance with the approved design and construction plan. Information was also provided on the measures being taken to ensure that the facility is completed and commissioned within the scheduled timeframe.
The Rector inspected the construction site, paying particular attention to the interior and exterior of the building, engineering and utility systems, infrastructure, fire safety measures, and energy efficiency.
Special attention was given to the living conditions being created for students. In particular, the inspection covered residential rooms, areas designated for study and independent learning, recreation spaces, household and sanitary facilities, as well as landscaping and site improvement works.
During discussions with the responsible officials, issues related to equipping the new dormitory in accordance with modern standards, ensuring the quality of construction and finishing works, making efficient use of available resources, and accelerating the commissioning process were thoroughly reviewed.
Following the visit, the Rector provided the responsible officials with relevant instructions and recommendations regarding the identified tasks.
