In accordance with the order of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 03-RA 211-2654/37 dated September 20, 2024 and the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 685-F dated October 10, 2024, within the framework of the week of international cooperation initiatives in Uzbekistan, an international conference on the topic "Transformation of the educational system in New Uzbekistan, improving the quality of education as a ultimate goal" is planned.

To participate in the conference from foreign countries, the visiting delegation will be accompanied by employees of responsible higher education institutions in Tashkent, and the rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University Ilkhomjon Madaminovich is among the responsible persons. 

 

  

 

 

On October 23, the first day of the conference was held at the Renaissance Hall Complex in Tashkent. At the beginning of the program, minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kongratbay Sharipov, Deputy Permanent Representative of Unesco to Uzbekistan Sara El Attar, director of the British Council representative office in Uzbekistan Deniz Woddinghem made a welcoming speech. 

Then Minister K.Sharipov initiated the lecture and discussion processes. During the program, The First Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus A.Bakhanovich, rector of the National University of Uzbekistan I.Madzhidov, deputy chairman of the High Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan S.Jabarov, rector of the International University of Westminster in Tashkent K.Karimov, director of Research at the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) M.Joseph, coordinator of the Erasmus + project in Uzbekistan A.Abdurakhmonova, rector of Padjadjaran University A.Kartasasmita has lectured on various topics, the conference participants were provided with necessary and valuable information.
