2026-10-10 11-51 RECTOR OF UZSWLU INSPECTS CONSTRUCTION WORK AT THE NEW STUDENT DORMITORY
Today, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, Rector of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages (UzSWLU), visited the new student dormitory under construction at 4 Zakovat Street, Tashkent, together with university management representatives and responsible staff. The purpose of the visit was to review the progress of construction and renovation works.
During the visit, the completed work, the progress of renovation and the next steps were discussed. The rector emphasized the importance of ensuring high quality and durability in construction, complying with established standards, and continuously monitoring the quality of the materials being used.
Particular attention was also paid to creating modern and comfortable living conditions for students, equipping rooms with the necessary facilities, improving shared spaces, and ensuring that engineering and utility systems are prepared to the required standards.
Following the visit, responsible staff were given specific instructions to ensure the quality of construction and renovation work, address existing shortcomings, and complete the assigned tasks on time.
